Rosemary Roasted Nuts

My friend has made these several times and shared them with us at some of my wellness classes. They are always a big hit! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 3 cups whole raw almonds 2 tsp backed brown sugar

1 ½ cup walnut halves 1 tsp mineral salt

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds ½ tsp cayenne pepper

2 TBS finely snipped fresh rosemary 2 TBS melted butter

Combine rosemary, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts in a 10x15x1 inch baking pan. Bake 12 minutes, stirring once half way through.

Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle over nuts. Melt butter and drizzle over them. Mix well.
